Who we are
Elaria Agentic, LLC is a New Jersey limited liability company that advises healthcare and business leaders on agentic AI. For questions or requests about your information, use the request form and write "Privacy request" in the problem box, or reply to any email you have received from us.
What we collect and why
- Proposal requests: the details you type into the form (name, company, address, phone, email, organization type, consult preferences, your description of the problem and possible solution, your preferences such as fast track or an NDA, and any secondary contact you add, who receives a copy of our confirmation email). We use them to respond to you and prepare a proposal.
- Job applications: your name, email, optional phone, LinkedIn profile, city, area of interest, note and resume PDF. We use them only to consider you for work with Elaria Agentic.
- Ask Elaria chat: the questions you type are sent to our AI provider to generate an answer. Elaria Agentic does not store chat transcripts. If you ask to be contacted and leave contact details, we receive an email alert with your message.
- Consult bookings: handled by Google Calendar. Google collects the details you enter on the booking screen and sends the confirmation and meeting link.
- Website analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand visits: pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser, and how you arrived. Google Analytics uses cookies for this. It never receives what you type into our forms; it only records that a form was sent. We have turned off Google's optional data-sharing settings.
- Security logs: our hosting provider records basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running. Our forms briefly use your IP address to limit abuse.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We do not use advertising trackers or share your information for targeted advertising.
- We do not ask for or want patient health information through this website. Please do not include any.
Who helps us run the site
We share information only with service providers that help us operate: our website hosting provider and Amazon Web Services (site and server functions), our email delivery provider, Google (analytics, calendar booking and email), our AI provider (chat answers) and, when enabled, our text-message provider (alerts to us about new requests). Each receives only what it needs for its task.
How long we keep it
We keep proposal requests and applications only as long as needed for the purpose you sent them, and when you ask, we delete them from our records and email, except where the law requires us to keep them. Google Analytics data is kept for Google's standard retention period, which we have left at its default of two months for detailed event data.
Your choices and rights
- Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, through the request form (write "Privacy request" in the problem box) or by replying to any email from us. We honor these requests whatever state or country you live in.
- Block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on for Google Analytics. Learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
- Choose not to use the chat, the forms or the booking calendar. You can always reach us through the request form instead.
Security
Every page is encrypted in transit, and our forms do not save to a database. See Trust & compliance for details.
Children
This website is for professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
