I founded Elaria Agentic because agentic AI will redefine how health systems run over the next decade, and most of the executives accountable for that shift have never had it explained in the language of their own P&L.

For nearly 20 years I have run operations across insurance, academic medicine and education: a decade in insurance operations, then supply chain, vendor contracting, revenue cycle, compliance and physician practice management in academic orthopedics. I know what a legacy system looks like from the inside, because I have been the person responsible for keeping one running.

You approve the change and answer for it. I make sure what you approve is grounded in how the work is done, so it shows up in the numbers you report to the board.

I hold an MBA and am attending Columbia University's Mailman School of Public Health for an Executive MHA. I look at every organization through three buckets — People, Product, Process — and I believe emotional intelligence is the first tool any leader brings to a transformation.
